With a sheet of paper to the moon

Yesterday evening I watched JBK (click here).

Theoretically* it is possible to fold an ordinary sheet of DinA4-paper to reach the distance from earth to the moon. How often would you need to fold the paper?

You need to fold the paper only 41 times to reach the moon!

*In reality a sheet of paper can be folded only to max. 8 times!

Calculation:
0,2mm (Thickness of paper) x 2^x = 384.400.000.000mm (Distance Moon Earth in mm)
--> 2^x = 1.922.000.000.000mm
--> x = ln 1.922.000.000.000mm / ln 2mm
x= ~ 40,8
